Graduate Student I grew up in Mississippi and obtained my B.S. and M.S. in mathematics from the University of Mississippi. I moved to Georgia for my PhD in 2023 with my wife, and we have two cats, a snake, and a lizard. In my spare time, I make music. I play a J-Bass and a Squier Mustang. I also meditate. See below about the Directed Reading Program! Research Research Areas: Analysis Geometry Applied Mathematics Research Interests: I am interested in functional analysis, particularly the interplay between algebra and topology. I'm studying C*-algebras, quantum groups, and non-commutative geometry. I am also interested applications of topology and geometry, computational algorithms, and dynamical systems, especially rigidity of circle diffeomorphisms and ergodic theory. Selected Publications Selected Publications: Master's Thesis: Bounds for Symplectic Capacities of Rotated 4-Polytopes Education Education: B.S., M.S. at University of Mississippi Other Information Of note: I participate the in Directed Reading Program and help organize it. Usually, my projects focus on dynamics and topology. If you are an interested undergraduate, please feel free to reach out to Paco Adajar, Dru Horne, or me! Here are some conferences and summer schools I have attended: Kylerec 2022 (Stanford, Summer 2022) Dynamics & Statistics of Chiral Topological Matter (MIT, Fall 2023) Tech Topology Conference (Georgia Tech, Fall 2023) Georgia International Topology Conference (UGA, Summer 2025) Geometry and Dynamics in Higher Rank Lie Groups (SLMath, Summer 2025) Courses Regularly Taught: MATH1113 MATH2250 Teaching Teaching: Here are the courses I have taught.
