Limited Term Lecturer

I am a Limited Term Instructor at University of Georgia, Department of Mathematics. Previously, I was Research Scholar at Georgia Tech School of Mathematics with  International Postdoctoral Research Fellowship I received from TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey). My mentor was John Etnyre.  I received my Ph.D. in 2017 from UMN under the supervision of Anar Akhmedov.

My research interests are low-dimensional topology, symplectic topology and contact topology. In particular, I am working on classification problems of smooth and symplectic 4-manifolds, exotic smooth structures on small 4-manifolds and classification of symplectic fillings of contact 3-manifolds.
